How do I check if a Shabelle payment was successful?
Select Shabelle Bank on cheki, enter the transaction reference number, and click Verify. If the payment exists, cheki shows you the sender name, receiver name, amount, and date. If it doesn't exist, the payment was not completed or the receipt is fake.
Can I check a Shabelle payment without the receipt?
You need the transaction reference number. This is shown on the receipt and in the Shabelle app's transaction history. Without it, there is no way to look up a Shabelle transaction through public endpoints.
